Did you ever notice that all the really appealing ornaments, those made of glass and other fun stuff, are somehow just out of reach? I mean, these snowmen and other ornaments that are soft and fuzzy are nice, but I'd really like to get my hands on some of those shiny ones up above. Quite a coincidence, huh?

Look at this. A kernel of corn! Gosh, if I collect enough of these I can make my own Ethanol and give it to Mommy and Daddy to fuel their cars. Then they'll have to take me to even more cool places like this to learn new things. Sound like a plan?

Yo, dudes! Y'wanna play in my crib? Corn crib, that is. How cool is this? We get to play construction in this corn pile and when we're finished, we either pop it and eat it, or turn it into Ethanol and drive home with it. Are you green yet? With envy, I mean.

Here I am with Mommy and Daddy. We're carving pumpkins, so they tell me. I see how happy they are but I've got a hand full of this mushy, stringy, soggy glop at the moment and it doesn't seem like all that much fun to me!

Daddy took us to an Apple Orchard so we could pick our own apples. I've had apple sauce but didn't really know how it all began. I like the bright red color and the smooth round shape. Nothing like what came in the little jars I ate at home.

Daddy and Mommy took me to pick my own apples. I love how they taste fresh from the tree! I'm just a bit worried that this will mean I have to start getting my own food. What's next? Job? Home? Taxes? I liked it the old way. Extend my lower lip a bit and everything was done for me. Ahh. The good old days.

Look at my face. Do I look worried? Tense? Concerned? Unloved? Can you think of a more secure place to be than wrapped in Daddy's arms, listening to his heartbeat and his breathing and thinking that he probably has a happy look on his face because of me? I think I could fall asleep right here.
